The Bruce Grey Forest Festival is an event held each year in the month of October at Allan Park Conservation Area.
This festival runs for three consecutive days, and is available to all grade 7 and grade 8 students from across Grey and Bruce Counties.
During the three day period, hundreds of students visit the park to take part in the 32 different hands-on activities dealing with forests, animals, ecosystems and so much more!
Each day of the festival is guided by dedicated volunteers and staff who assist with activities and help teach students at each one of the 32 stations.
Saugeen Conservation staff play a major role in the coordination of this event, along with staff from different Ministries, Conservation Authorities, interest groups, organizations and so much more!
